How it works
Evictions in California follow a court process, and the lockout itself is carried out by the sheriff. We coordinate with the owner or property manager to be on site at the scheduled time and change or rekey the locks once possession is returned.
We do not provide legal advice. Speak to an attorney about the eviction process.
What we change
- Entry door locks and deadbolts
- Garage, gate and mailbox locks
- Keypad and smart lock codes
- Commercial suite and storefront locks
After the lock change
We provide new keys to the owner or manager and can suggest stronger hardware for doors that were damaged.
Frequently asked questions
Can you change locks before the sheriff arrives?

Do you need paperwork?
